Added options to BidHelper - can now display both "successful" and "unsuccessful" auctions. Note that it now stores ALL auctions, it merely chooses what to display.

BidHelper is now ONLINE and FUNCTIONING.

It will add a little minimap button that looks a lot like the Cosmos button, and will display bid messages you have received. ALL HAIL ERIS!
