My names is Saffie. I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. Originally I'm from Sweden. A few years back I studied at Blekinge Institute of Technology. It was there I discoverd that beside having an interest for computers and all the interesting things one can use them for I was good at it.
Design and creating things have always been a big interest of mine and I realised I could use my computer to expand my designing and so I learned to make just about any digital design one could think of and that is what I do, not only for myself but for anyone who likes to have a nice design but don't know and/or have the time to make it themselves.
Another big interest of mine is Science Fiction and Fantasy. My favourite series is Star Trek but I like just about all sci-fi. Attending convents and dress up is fun as well. I designed and made my own borg costume and it has been very appreciated. People were quite impressed. In 2010 I was in the US for a visit and meet a few others who also dress as borg and made their own costumes. If you are interested you can check us out at our borg page.
I can sit by the computer for hours, especially when I have a project going, but I also love to be outdoors. I more or less grew up outdoors. We lived in a small village by the coast, but also had a forest almost round the corner. The village is famous beacuse of its role in Swedish history. Growing up like that made me a real outdoor loving person, so now and then I leave the computer and get out for adventures in the nature. I'm a very active person. I love to ride a bicycle, going on rollerblades, or just take a walk, especially together with my husband.
Nowdays I get to travel more that I used too before since my husband is just as much a traveler as I am. We've taken quite a few trips together and more will come.
